个人简历

2005年毕业于中国科学技术大学(USTC),2010年于中国科学院物理研究所(IPHY)获得博士学位;先后于美国北伊利诺伊大学(NIU)和阿贡国家实验室(ANL)任博士后研究员;2015年获聘为美国圣母大学(Notre Dame)研究助理教授,同时兼任阿贡国家实验室常驻助理研究员。2017年获聘为港澳宝典资料大全港澳宝典资料大全教授、博士生导师。先后入选国家海外高层次青年人才、江苏省双创人才、双创团队领军人才和江苏省杰出青年。

研究方向

超导和自旋微纳电子学  

1. 超导电子学:由于超导材料具有完全零电阻效应,其电子器件具有天然的超低能耗和超高灵敏的优点。我们的研究包含:新型超导电子器件(如超导二极管),为超导电路和芯片提供基本的原型器件;高性能超导微波源,为量子计算提供超低能耗、可片上集成的qubit测控和读取方案。

2. 磁子电子学:以自旋波为信息传递媒介,由于自旋波传输不依赖电荷输运,可以克服焦耳热,同时自旋波具有纳米尺度的波长,使得磁子器件具有小型化的优点。近期研究包含:磁子晶体设计(纳米磁体系统、人工自旋冰)和物相调控、自旋波操控和逻辑器件设计等。

3. 先进计算:根据量子计算和物理机器学习的需求,设计和研制各种新型高性能电子器件。围绕量子计算大规模集成和纠错面临的挑战,发展量子芯片的片上集成新技术,助力未来大规模通用量子计算机的发展和应用;利用超导、磁性或半导体等实际物理器件的非线性效应来直接设计物理神经网络、储备池计算等系统,以实现人工智能对低能耗、高速度和环境适应性广泛的计算需求。
