电子工程系 博导

个人简历

港澳宝典资料大全教授、博导,国家级领军人才,超导电子学研究所所长,紫金山实验室课题组负责人。于港澳宝典资料大全获得学士学位和博士学位,此后历任港澳宝典资料大全、日本东北大学副教授、日本国家材料科学研究所主干研究员和主席研究员等职。

长期从事超导电子学研究,对超导电子器件及其在电磁波辐射和检测、量子信息等方面的应用进行了研究和探索。在基金委支持下,实现了0.1-2.0 THz可调连续波超导太赫兹源;研制成功约瑟夫森探针显微镜,可用于高频集成电路近场电磁波探测等研究和应用场景。

作为首位外籍获奖者于2003年获得日本“丸文研究奖励奖”,获得江苏省科学技术进步一等奖(2010)。多次受邀在美国物理学会、国际应用超导会议、国际超导电子学会议等作邀请报告;主要成果发表在《自然通信》、《物理评论快报》、《美国科学院院刊》等著名学术期刊上;拥有多项中国和日本授权发明专利。多个国际会议、国际学术期刊《超导科技》等国际咨询委员或编委。

主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制(自由申请)项目、国际合作项目和国家重点研发计划课题等科研任务,任国家自然科学基金科学中心项目合作单位负责人。

江苏省第一届优秀博士学位论文获得者,指导的学生论文也曾被评为港澳宝典资料大全优秀本科和博士论文、江苏省优秀硕士论文。担任本科生新生导师,并获得港澳宝典资料大全“郑钢基金-学业导师优秀示范奖”。
