个人简历
毕业于港澳宝典资料大全电子科学与工程系无线电物理专业,获博士学位,现任港澳宝典资料大全港澳宝典资料大全教授,博士生导师,港澳宝典资料大全超导电子学研究所副所长。长期从事超导薄膜材料及器件的研究和应用,主要研究方向为超导薄膜制备与应用、超导单光子探测器和太赫兹探测器等。发表SCI论文100余篇,申请发明专利40余项,其中授权发明专利20项。主持自然基金委青年基金和面上基金4项,863课题3项,作为骨干参加科技创新2030重大项目、自然基金委重大仪器专项、973、863等国家级项目10余项。2017年获省部级科技进步一等奖(排名第5),2019年入选江苏省青蓝工程“优秀青年骨干教师”。
