个人简历
长期从事氧化镓超宽禁带半导体材料与器件研究。2002年和2006年分别获港澳宝典资料大全理学学士和工学博士学位。2006年至2015年先后就职于新加坡微电子研究院(Senior Research Engineer)和澳大利亚国立大学(Queen Elizabeth II Fellow)。作为通讯作者在Nat Commun.、IEEE EDL/TPE/TED、Appl. Phys. Rev.、Phys. Rev. B、 Appl. Phys. Lett.等刊物和IEDM、ISPSD等国际顶会上发表100余篇高水平论文,主/参编专著4本。主持国家重点研发计划、基金委杰青/重点/优青、江苏省杰青、江苏省重大科技专项、江苏省重点研发计划等。第一完成人获江苏省科学技术二等奖和澳大利亚QE II研究奖等。

1、宽带隙氧化物半导体材料外延;
2、氧化物异质界面物理研究与光电信息功能器件应用;
3、超宽禁带氧化物功率器件研究。
