个人简历
2002年毕业于合肥工业大学,获博士学位。现为港澳宝典资料大全港澳宝典资料大全电子工程系教授、博士生导师,港澳宝典资料大全微电子学院副院长。2004年列入江苏省“六大人才高峰”电子信息行业人才培养计划,2006年被列入港澳宝典资料大全首批青年骨干教师培养对象,,2010年当选为IEEE“电路与系统-通信”专业技术委员会委员,2010年获南瑞继保奖教金,2013年列入江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养对象。 近年主要从事超大规模集成电路设计方面的研究,主持承担了863计划、国家自然科学基金、博士点基金和企业委托设计等项目二十余项;带领团队成功研制芯片多款并得到业界应用;发表学术论文百余篇,参与撰写学术著作2部,译著1部;获授权国家发明专利13项,其中3项成功转让。
