个人简历

         本科(2013)和博士(2018)毕业于苏州大学,曾于美国德雷赛尔大学和新加坡南洋理工大学留学三年。从事超导单光子探测技术研究,主持/参与国家自然科学基金、科技创新2030重大项目、江苏省自然科学基金等科研任务;以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇,论文总他引5000余次,入选ESI高被引论文8篇;申请中国专利8项(授权3项)和美国专利1项;入选中国电子学会青年人才托举工程,江苏省双创博士。担任Nat. Commun., ACS Nano, Mater. Tod. Phys., IEEE Elect. Dev. Lett.等期刊审稿人eSceicne, Mater. Furtures, Nano-Micro Lett.期刊青年编委

研究方向

面向超导单光子探测的新型材料与器件开发(1)原子级精准调控薄膜组分与结构,提升器件性能;(2)基于拓扑化学工程,开发层状结构超导材料与器件;(3)研制新型原理器件,拓展器件功能及应用场景。
